Hamid Karzai was declared the winner by default Monday in Afghanistan’s fraud-marred presidential election, increasing the pressure on President Barack Obama to end his marathon deliberations at a time when a scaled-down version of his commander’s ambitious plans is gaining support.
Obama welcomed Karzai’s election with as much admonishment as praise, telling America’s partner in war that he expects a more serious effort to end corruption in his government and ready his nation to defend itself when international troops ultimately withdraw.

Early this October, several new Air Force 1 shoes are scheduled for release including the above pairs which features neutral grey as the base color. The first is nearly completely covered in neutral grey leather with the exception of the white accents used in the swoosh, midsole, lining and laces. This colorway should be a great alternative to those of your who love white on whites. The other Nike AF1 shoes features just a bit more color but of course a good part of the shoe is in neutral grey. Although, not confirmed we have a feeling this is the low top of the recently Baltoro inspired Air Force 1 Mid. Both the top and bottom of the sneaker gets the most color with flamingo on the laces and university blue on the outsole. Black rounds out these dope AF1s on the midsole, swoosh, lining and heel.

South Korea’s fourth-largest lender, Hana Bank, on Monday announced it will purchase an 18.44 percent stake in China’s Bank of Jilin later this month.
Hana Bank will buy newly-issued shares of the Bank of Jilin worth 316 million U.S. dollars, the bank said.

The Nike Hypermax bears a strong resemblance to the Hyperdunk. Yet, this sneaker was not made for the slashing guard, but rather the dominating “big man.” Nike used a Max Air Sole unit, Flywire technology, and an ankle strap to create a high performance sneaker for the hard court. This new pack has been coined the Nike “Wolverine Vs. Sabretooth” Pack on many sneaker forums. It features two sneakers, the Nike Air Max 95 “Sabretooth” and the Big Nike High “Wolverine”. Both models are unique and offer up a fresh design. The Nike Air Max 95 “Sabretooth” sports an orange, burgundy, black, and white color scheme. And, the Big Nike High “Wolverine” goes even further by showcasing claw slash marks on the upper.

Nike is paying tribute to legendary baseball player Jackie Robinson with this new pack. The Nike Blazer Hi “Jackie Robinson” Pack includes a trio of Blazers that feature solid colored uppers. They also have a repetitive Brooklyn Dodgers “B” pattern on the side, “Brooklyn” script on the tongue, and a “broken lines” pattern around the Nike swoosh and midsole.
